How to do Zoho Thrive and Zoho CRM integration in simple steps?

If you look at the Zoho Integrations Dashboard in Thrive, note that Zoho Thrive already has in-built integration with Zoho CRM. Also, our updated information is that Zoho Flow still needs to provide integration between Zoho Thrive and Zoho CRM.

The data which you can easily integrate into Zoho CRM from Zoho Thrive are:

  • Member Type (affiliate/direct customer/referral)
  • Unique Referral Link of the respective affiliate/loyalty participant
  • Referrer Email
  • Remaining Points
  • Joined Date

Integration Steps:

->Navigate to Zoho Integrations under the Integrations menu.

->Select the integration with which you want to work

->Connect by clicking the button.

->Choose an account from the drop-down menu

Thrive will first push all existing data from your program to the respective system once the integration is complete. The data sync will occur at regular intervals of 12 hours.

Important Note:

In the case of Zoho CRM, you must first add the following fields to the Contacts module for the data pushed from Zoho Thrive to display on the appropriate platform.

To add custom fields, do the following:

  • Move to Setup -> Customization -> Modules and Fields.
  • Select Contacts. Hover your mouse over the Standard layout and select Edit Layout.
  • Drag and drag the appropriate fields from the New Fields section.
  • Replace the field names with the ones provided above.
  • Save and close the window.

Additionally

  • You can only integrate with the services listed above if you are the Admin of the account you want to integrate with.
  • Suppose the sync attempt fails five times in a row. In that case, you will receive an email informing you that you must manually resolve the issue and reset the configuration by toggling the toggle located on the corresponding integration tablet.
  • Any modifications made manually to the pushed data on the connected systems will not be reflected in Zoho Thrive. You can refer to the updated help document here.
